The hotel is fairly clean with helpful staff. It offers a good location next to many eateries, the market, KOMTAR, and all major attractions in Penang. the rooms are clean, complete with 2 double beds and a hairdryer. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay - 100% recommend!
